Design Around Critical Loads
Separate lighting, communications, controls and refrigeration from discretionary loads. Start with watt-hours per day, then compare with the ZM12100 nominal 1280Wh energy while reserving capacity for conversion losses and weather.
Off-Grid Installation Checklist
- Confirm the inverter DC input voltage and continuous power.
- Provide correctly sized cables, fuses, disconnects and ventilation around the installation.
- Use a compatible LiFePO4 charger/controller and follow the 0°C to 50°C charging range.
- Plan a recharge source for consecutive low-sun days; one battery is not a guarantee of whole-cabin autonomy.
