Build the Energy Budget First
The ZM12100 stores 1280Wh nominal energy at 12.8V and 100Ah. List the daily watt-hours, the desired reserve and the inverter efficiency before sizing panels, controller and wiring.
Charging and Controller Checks
- Use a LiFePO4-compatible charge profile and confirm the charger settings.
- Use the documented charging range of 0°C to 50°C; low-temperature charge cutoff behavior was observed around 0°C.
- Size controller, conductors and fuses for the actual array and battery current.
- Do not use the 53.13A abnormal-operation test condition as a product rating.
