Return & Refund Policy

We want customers to choose power products with confidence. Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in original condition with included accessories, manuals, packaging, and proof of purchase.

Some items may be restricted from return after use, installation, damage, missing parts, or unsafe handling. Return shipping costs and restocking review may apply unless the return is caused by our error.

To start a request, contact support@winpower.us with your order number and photos if relevant. Refunds are reviewed after the returned item is received and inspected.
